Independence From Commercial Pressure
We do not accept payment in exchange for a ranking, a score, or a positive review. Affiliate relationships, which we explain in our affiliate disclosure, do not influence our verdicts.
Honesty About Tradeoffs
We aim to state real limitations, higher prices, and weaknesses plainly, including for the tools we may earn from. A recommendation that hides the downsides is not useful to anyone.
Handling Conflicts of Interest
Where a relationship could reasonably be seen as a conflict of interest, we aim to disclose it so readers can judge our conclusions with full context.
Respect for the Reader
We aim to write for your decision and your interest, and to avoid manipulative or misleading framing. The goal is to help you choose well, not to push you toward whatever pays us most.
